Natural stone border Merak is made of small irregular pieces of marbles sandstones and onyx. Stones are dark grey, yellow, green, red, crystal honey and many other different shades. All together looks very spectacular. Each border is 30 cm long and 10 cm width. Each single piece of stone is 9 – 10 mm hight. That is why they make totally flat surface, when either on floor or wall. Please notice that gaps between stones are only up to 6mm. This is the place where grout comes in. What makes this border so special, is interlocking system. There are no visible joints left between borders after assembling. Merak border can be easily used with other stone borders of Lux4home and also it is quite often used together witch the same Merak Marble mosaics (30cm x 30cm). Also it can be used both indoors and outdoors on walls, floors and garden paths. It is quite common to illuminate this mosaic with simple led system. That way each single Onyx stone lights in variety of shades. Semi transparent Onyx can be white, cream, yellow or even brown, and any color between.

As we take care of natural environment very much we use stone remains after bathtubs and sinks production to make these borders. They are manually sorted, cut, and polished. Also we use only non-toxic glue to produce. This is the reason why both marble borders and tiles can be put in any interior you desire, e.g. kitchen or bathroom. Also please notice that no paint is ever used with marble mosaics and borders. It is natural stone always.
