Yes – we specialize in single-piece orders and handle all logistics. How does pricing work? Each product page shows *price from*. The final price depends on stone, size and finish. You always get a transparent quote. How long does it take? Production usually takes 4 weeks. We give you a timeline and update you regularly. How do I know I’ll get exactly what I ordered? Yes. Every bathtub and sink made from natural stone is unique, so we believe you should know exactly what will arrive at your home. Before shipping, we send you detailed photos and videos of your finished product. You review the exact piece, approve it, and only then do we arrange shipment. This way, you receive the same product you accepted – not a similar one or a random item from stock. What makes your company a secure choice for an international purchase? We deliberately established our headquarters in the European Union because we believe international customers deserve more than beautiful products – they deserve legal certainty. Every order is backed by a European company operating under strict EU legal and business standards, while our own workshops in Indonesia ensure authentic craftsmanship and complete control over production. How safe is the delivery from Indonesia? Yes. Safe international delivery is one of our highest priorities. Every bathtub and sink is individually protected using custom-fit foam packaging, a reinforced cardboard layer and a solid wooden crate designed for international transport. Every shipment is insured and handled by trusted freight forwarding partners who have been transporting our products worldwide for over 15 years. This proven process helps ensure your order arrives safely and in excellent condition. What about taxes and customs? We prepare export paperwork. Local duties depend on your country – we guide you through it.
